These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by HeosiGames.

You must comply with applicable laws and platform policies.

2. Account and Access

• You are responsible for account security.
• You must provide accurate information where required.
• Guest accounts that are not linked to an external account may be deleted, along with related game data, after 90 days of inactivity from the last access date.
• Users are encouraged to link an external account such as Google or Apple to preserve access to their data.
• Access may be limited for abuse, fraud, or policy violations.

3. In-App Purchases

• Digital items are licensed, not sold.
• Refunds follow platform policies unless local law states otherwise.
• Virtual items may be changed or removed for service operation.

4. User Conduct

You must not cheat, exploit, reverse engineer without permission, harass others, or interfere with service stability.

5. Intellectual Property

All game assets, trademarks, and code are owned by HeosiGames or licensors.

6. Service Changes and Termination

We may update or discontinue parts of the service and may restrict access for material violations.

7. Disclaimer and Liability

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law, and indirect or consequential liability is limited as allowed by law.
